Network monitoring and alerting
Network alerts in the WhatsApp group your team already reads
Helios sends an alert the moment a router, switch or access point drops, and another when it is back, to the WhatsApp group, Telegram chat or Slack channel you choose.
Start for freeA group per customer
Link a WhatsApp group per customer or location, so the right people hear about their own network and nobody else's.
Quiet at night, caught up by morning
Quiet hours hold the alerts back. At the time you choose you get one overview instead of forty notifications in your sleep.
In your own words
Write your own alert template per channel, with the device, the site and the time filled in for you.
More than WhatsApp
Telegram, Slack, Discord and email work the same way. Email alerts are included in every plan, the free one too.
